Grant has more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and specialises in improving the value of businesses and managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Grant’s career has included roles with PwC and as a partner with Deloitte in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Grant is passionate about helping business leaders grow their businesses through capability improvement and structuring and negotiating innovative M&A deals.  Grant is a member of The NCP.

Anthony’s specialisation is governance, management, board processes and structures.  Anthony has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in roles covering strategy, business development, deal-making, and mergers and acquisitions. Anthony has worked with the leaders and directors of some of the best-performing companies in Australia and Asia.  Before moving to Consulting, Anthony established and led a business unit that managed $1.5 bn of natural gas pipelines across eastern Australia.
