At Cambian Valuebuilders we help companies grow and accumulate value. Growth and value accumulation drive everything we do. Even our name “Cambian” is derived from the word “cambium” which is the growth ring just under the bark of trees which enables them to grow and accumulate wood.

Over the years, we noticed many clients were operating their businesses without adequately planning how to add value to their businesses, even though that was their main aim.  In response we developed the Valuebuilder Process as a systematic, integrated and holistic way of optimising the growth in value.

We all live and work in the era of specialisation, which is great, because specialising enables skills to be sharpened and provides focus. However, the downside of specialisation is that the big picture may be given less attention than it deserves.  The Valuebuilder Process integrates the skills of specialists to provide a holistic approach to building business value.
